Thank you for shopping with us! Because every item in our store is custom-printed and made to order, we do not maintain an inventory for exchanges or returns. Please review our policy below before completing your purchase.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following information:
Your order number.
A clear photo of the damaged/defective item.
A clear photo of the shipping label on the package.
Once we verify the defect, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
2. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges
Because each product is manufactured specifically for you at the time of purchase, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for:
Change of heart or "buyer’s remorse."
Incorrect size selection (please refer to the Size Chart on each product page before ordering).
Incorrect color choice.
3. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to the manufacturer due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if it is deemed undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days and are not eligible for a refund.
4. Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the tracking with our carriers and, if confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement

If you are contacting us regarding a defective or damaged product, please include your order number and attach clear photos of the item and the shipping label. This allows us to process your replacement as quickly as possible.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
When will I receive my order?
Because each item is custom-printed just for you, it usually takes 2–5 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order heads out the door.
Can I change my order or shipping address?
Since we strive for fast production times, orders are sent to our printing partners almost immediately. We can only make changes if the order has not yet entered the production phase. Please email us immediately with your order number if you notice a mistake.
How do I know which size to pick?
Every product page includes a detailed Size Chart. We highly recommend measuring a favorite shirt you already own and comparing it to the chart to ensure a perfect fit, as we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.
What happens if my order is lost?
If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, please let us know. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can arrange a replacement.
Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?
Currently, our items ship directly from our printing partners in standard protective packaging. While we can’t include personal gift notes or special wrapping at this time, we focus on ensuring your item arrives in pristine condition.
I ordered multiple items, but only one arrived. Where is the rest?
To get your gear to you as fast as possible, we sometimes ship items from different printing facilities. If your order contains different types of products (like a mug and a hoodie), they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.
